Chrome: When trying to access the web administration of this Multi-Function Printer (MFP), you get nothing. The URL bar blinks and dies. IE and Firefox work fine.

Chrome: GXS, one of the leaders in EDI processing has just rolled out a BRAND NEW site called GXS Rollstream. First login using Chrome browser presents you with this window. Why would ANY company this size roll out a new site and only support the browsers below. Simply unacceptable!

So, I submitted a feature request to Zynga via their website. Here’s what I submitted:

The first step I recommend is updating your game to the latest version, this has resolved issues for many of our players. However, if that doesn’t work, please contact us

1) Open your game app.
2) Look for the question mark button that says “Help” and tap there.
3) Tap Customer Support. This will open an email form.
4) Type in your issue and email address and click Submit.

Zynga With Friends Customer Service

This is the perfect example of customer service not reading the message and just responding with a canned email. So stupid.

Chrome: This is surprising…  Many of the sites I feature here are pretty specific to corporate customers. So, they have less pressure to be forward looking. I would expect more from dell. When using Chrome and asking dell to detect your Service Tag, you get the following message:

Chrome: The site is completely unusable. ASP errors, submit actions fail, formatting is all OVER the place. It’s so bad, it’s almost unreadable. It works great in IE.

Chrome: I had several problems accessing this site in Chrome. After sending my PS3 in for repair, they emailed me a link to check status. The link worked, but the page formatting was so screwed up, it was almost unusable. I entered my tracking information, and would get through several steps of the “wizard”, and at the end, I’d get an error message. Something “Unknown”. After getting my PS3 back, I tried to login to my account and had to reset the password. I had the exact same problems. Look and feel was almost unusable and that wizard errors out as well.  If I switch to IE9, all of the items look good and everything worked.

Chrome: When registering an account, the process seems to work until the end of the “wizard”, and then it errors out with a message of “Sorry, our system temporarily down for maintenance.” Works fine in Internet Explorer.

Chrome: When trying to administer the HP Laserjet 600 M602 printers and the HP Laserjet M4555 MFP, some features don’t function. Most work, but a few, like setting the email server, seem to complete, but the settings aren’t applied.

Chrome:  You enter your credentials, it prompts you with a security question. Correct answer to security question, but takes you right back to the main login screen. (rinse and repeat…). Works fine in IE9 without asking for the security question. Uggh… https://www.certify.com/Login.aspx

This is a very large site that works with IE7, IE8 and IE9, but is hit or miss with any other browsers. Some portions seem to work okay, with some strange anomalies. Others are completely unusable.
